Autism may be "Will's disorder...Oh Katie,<br /><br />Autism may be "Will's disorder," but anyone who loves someone with autism, especially a parent, has more than earned the right to be affected, too. We are all getting jipped, in a way. His childhood may have been robbed from him, but his childhood was also robbed from YOU. We make the best of our situation, for sure, but, IMO, it's more than okay to lament every once in a while about the vision that we had for our little guys. We're still human parents, after all. <br /><br />Nothing would ever make me happier than to see our guys standing in the backyard playing catch.
